Terms of Service


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Twiso, Inc. (“Bluedot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the website located at bluedothq.com, our applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity (“Corporate User”), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” refers to that entity and its authorized users.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Maintain individual login credentials (sharing accounts is not permitted)
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Bluedot may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risks.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Paid plans require a valid payment method
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Downgrading or cancelling may result in loss of features, capacity, or stored content
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service or by contacting support@bluedothq.com.

4. Customer Content, Ownership, and AI Processing

You retain full ownership of your Customer Content, including recordings, transcripts, inputs, and outputs. Bluedot does not claim ownership of your data and uses it only as necessary to provide and operate the Service.
The Service and all related technology are owned by Bluedot.

Bluedot processes Customer Content only to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Maintain security and reliability
  • Provide customer support

Bluedot does not use Customer Content to train or improve artificial intelligence models. Our vendors and service providers are not permitted to use Customer Content for their own model training or product improvement.

5. Feedback

If you provide Bluedot with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the Service (“Feedback”), you grant Bluedot a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such Feedback for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.

Feedback does not include Customer Content.

6. Data Retention and Backups

Customer Content is retained as long as it remains in your account.

When content is deleted or your account is cancelled or terminated:

  • It is removed from active systems
  • It may remain in internal backups for up to 30 days for operational and disaster recovery purposes

After this period, Customer Content is permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before deletion or cancellation.

7. Recording Compliance

Bluedot enables recording features.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining required consent from participants
  • Complying with applicable recording, privacy, and employment laws

Bluedot does not obtain consent on your behalf.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
  • Access or interfere with non-public systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated scraping or crawling tools without permission
  • Build or train a competing product or AI model
  • Disrupt or degrade Service performance

Bluedot may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect non-public technical, business, or operational information received from the other party and to use it only in connection with the Service. These obligations survive termination.

10. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Bluedot may modify or discontinue features at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Bluedot is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services or infrastructure.

11. Security and Compliance

Bluedot maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Content, including:

  • Encryption in transit
  • Encryption at rest where applicable
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Security monitoring and operational controls

Bluedot maintains a security program aligned with industry best practices and applicable standards. Additional information is available upon request.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Google, Microsoft, or Zoom). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. Bluedot is not responsible for third-party services.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Bluedot does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete all the time

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Bluedot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Bluedot’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bluedot harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your Customer Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your failure to obtain required recording consent

16. Data Protection and GDPR

Where required, Bluedot will provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Bluedot may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use creates security or legal risks
  • Required by law

Data will be handled according to the Data Retention section.

18. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance (except payment obligations) caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government actions
  • Internet or power outages
  • Failures of cloud providers or third-party infrastructure

The affected party will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights under applicable local law.
